Why this exists
Body oils tend to fail in one of two ways : they sit heavily on the skin and feel greasy, or they disappear so completely that they leave little lasting softness behind. This formulation is designed to sit between those extremes. It prioritises dry-feeling, omega-rich botanical oils such as sunflower, rosehip, raspberry seed, and pumpkin seed, which are naturally rich in linoleic acid and absorb quickly into the skin’s lipid layer. Those are paired with sweeter, more emollient oils including sweet almond, jojoba, and argan to add sustained softness and a more cushioned finish across the day. Tocopherol supports the blend as an antioxidant, helping keep the unsaturated oils performing in the bottle while contributing an extra protective layer on skin. The result is a body oil that feels light enough for daily use, yet still leaves skin looking and feeling nourished.

Formulation
Sunflower Seed Oil, organically sourced, leads the formula : its high linoleic acid content makes it the ideal carrier base for a fast-absorbing body oil, nourishing the barrier without heaviness. Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, and Argan Kernel Oil, all organic, provide oleic-acid complementarity : emollient depth and a long-lasting softness that the purely linoleic-dominant oils would not achieve alone. Rosehip Fruit Oil, organically certified, contributes essential fatty acids alongside natural provitamin A activity. Raspberry Seed Oil and Pumpkin Seed Oil, both organic, close the formula with their characteristically high omega-6 concentrations, giving the blend its quick, clean absorption profile.
Decyl Cocoate and Coco-Caprylate/Caprate serve as the spreading agents : lightweight emollients that give the oil its gliding, non-tacky application feel without diluting the botanical oils' efficacy. Isopropyl Palmitate and Dicaprylyl Carbonate provide the silky initial slip. Tocopherol stabilises the formula and provides the antioxidant layer that keeps the unsaturated oils performing rather than oxidising in the bottle.
The fragrance is provided by Pogostemon Cablin Oil, a patchouli essential oil of natural origin, with additional terpene and floral aromatic molecules, all declared in full in the INCI. The result is a grounding, warm scent that settles to a clean dry-down on skin.
