Shipping policy
Every OVESSI order is dispatched from the regional facility closest to you, so your ritual arrives quickly and without import surprises. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on the way. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
The following windows are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order. Standard and Express options are available in the United Kingdom and the European Union. United States orders ship Standard from our United States fulfilment facility.
- United Kingdom : Standard 3 to 7 business days · Express 1 to 2 business days
- European Union : Standard 5 to 10 business days · Express 1 to 3 business days
- United States : Standard 2 to 5 business days (from our United States facility)
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. The current rates are:
- United Kingdom : Standard £4.95 · Express £9.95 · Free Standard on orders over £75 (Express upgrade £5.95)
- European Union : Standard €7.95 · Express €14.95 · Free Standard on orders over €90 (Express upgrade €9.95)
- United States : Standard $7.95 · Free Standard on orders over $75
Duties & Taxes
Because we ship from the closest regional facility within the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States, import duties typically do not apply to orders within these regions. United States orders ship from our United States fulfilment facility, so there are no customs delays or extra duties. Any local sales tax or VAT is included in the price shown at checkout where required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please first check the tracking link and any safe-place or neighbour notes. If it has been more than 14 business days since dispatch, write to hello@ovessi.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
