Prices for our products are listed in GBP, EUR or USD depending on your region and are shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the site or in confirmation emails, and to cancel any orders affected by a clear pricing mistake.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart subject to these Terms. Your order is accepted only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including for suspected fraud, inability to verify payment or stock issues.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping times, costs and regions are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns are limited to damaged or faulty items reported within 14 days of delivery, as described in our Returns Policy.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Our optional on-site skin-analysis tool provides product recommendations based on the information you submit. It is provided for informational and shopping purposes only. 11. Disclaimer
