OVESSI is a small boutique skincare house built on a single conviction. That Korean layered care, Scandinavian restraint, Japanese calmness, and French editorial luxury, kept together and applied without compromise, produce better outcomes than the louder, larger ranges that fill the category.
The brand began with a frustration. Skincare marketed at scale almost always trades formulation rigour for shelf life and supply-chain economy. A product that sits in a warehouse for nine months before it reaches you is a product whose actives have been negotiating with light, heat, and oxygen the entire time.
We chose a different model. Every OVESSI bottle is formulated and filled within two working days of your order, then dispatched from the fulfilment facility closest to you. Our European facility for United Kingdom and European Union customers, our United States facility for North American customers.
A ritual is a deliberate sequence of formulas, each of which exists for a reason that can be defended in writing. We do not pad the catalogue with formulas that overlap. We do not list a moisturiser that fights its serum, or a serum that fights its toner. The catalogue is calibrated so each piece moves the ritual forward.
The full range covers cleansers, toners, essences, serums, moisturisers, masks, eye care, sun care, body care, and a small selection of haircare and home formulas. Within each category, the choices are made for the skin types and concerns we have evidence we can serve. Hydration, barrier repair, glow, clarity, sensitive reset.
We will only ever list a formulation if it meets all four.
Every benefit on a product page is backed by an ingredient that does the work at a dose that does the work. If a peptide is on the page, it is in the formula at the level peptides start performing at, not a fragrance-trace included for the marketing department.
Actives dosed at the levels the clinical literature supports. Niacinamide at 4 to 10 percent. Vitamin C in the stabilised form and concentration the literature supports. Salicylic acid at the regulated working concentration. Retinol alternatives at the working level, not a name-only inclusion.
Every ingredient is on the page, in the order in which it appears in the formula, with no proprietary obfuscation. You should be able to read the full INCI and form an informed opinion before you buy.
The formula filled at our European facility and the formula filled at our United States facility are made to the same specifications, in the same sequence, with the same actives at the same concentrations. The fulfilment site changes. The formula does not.
We do not run a press programme. We do not chase the trend cycle. We answer customer enquiries from one inbox, and we read every one of them. If you have a question about a formula, a ritual, or a piece of the INCI you have not encountered before, please write to us.
