This serum is built to address both sides of that picture at once. Alpha-Arbutin is the central brightening active, supported by Bidens Pilosa Extract for complementary tone-focused action, while a hydration system of glycerin, Sodium PCA, Ascophyllum Nodosum Extract, and two molecular weights of hyaluronic acid helps reduce the look of dryness that can exaggerate contrast. Formulation
The formula's base is built around Glycerin, organically sourced, and Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride for a clean, lightweight emulsion that spreads easily and absorbs without residue. Sunflower Seed Oil, organic, provides the linoleic-dominant lipid foundation. Alpha-Arbutin, derived from bearberry, works by inhibiting tyrosinase activity at the melanocyte, reducing the rate of melanin production at hyperpigmented sites without the irritation associated with more aggressive brightening actives.
Bidens Pilosa Extract provides complementary action on surface tone. Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter and Gossypium Herbaceum Seed Oil contribute emollient depth. Flaxseed Oil brings a high alpha-linolenic acid content for barrier-repair lipid support. Ascophyllum Nodosum Extract, a brown algae, provides marine polysaccharide hydration alongside its antioxidant mineral content. Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid and Sodium Hyaluronate address hydration at the surface and deeper epidermal layers simultaneously.
The fragrance architecture is provided by Citrus Lemon Peel Oil, Pogostemon Cablin Oil, Juniperus Virginiana Oil, and Cedrus Atlantica Oil : a woody, grounding blend with citrus brightness, all declared in full in the INCI.
