Yes. Each piece is made to play well with others. Apply thinnest to richest, give every layer thirty seconds to settle on the skin, and stop when your skin feels enough. If you are using actives from another brand (retinoids, exfoliating acids), introduce ours one at a time so you can read your skin clearly.

Yes. Every ritual is free from parabens, sulphates (SLS/SLES), phthalates, mineral oils, formaldehyde donors and synthetic dyes. We choose actives for what they do, not what's fashionable.

Always. We never test on animals, and we only work with manufacturing partners who hold the same standard.

Most of our rituals are formulated for sensitive and reactive skin. If you have a known allergy, please read the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing, or patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours.

The majority of our rituals are vegan. A small number contain honey or beeswax : these are marked clearly on the product page.

Most full-size rituals last between six and twelve weeks with daily use. Each product page lists the period-after-opening symbol so you know exactly how long it stays at its best once opened.

Every OVESSI formula is produced at our European facility for United Kingdom and European Union orders, and at our United States facility for North American orders : so each piece reaches you fresh, from the site closest to your door.

Yes. When your cart qualifies for the free candle, you will need to add it before placing your order. Once your order is placed, the candle cannot be sent separately later, each one is poured and packed alongside your ritual so the gift travels with your order or not at all.
