What skin prep makes the most difference under a tint?
A hydrated surface. Apply a lightweight moisturiser and allow two minutes of absorption before applying any tint or finish. On dehydrated skin, colour settles into fine lines and looks patchy. On nourished skin, it moves with the surface and lasts longer.
Can I wear these colour pieces over SPF?
Yes. Apply SPF as the last skincare step, allow it to set for two minutes, then apply the tint or colour finish over the top. OVESSI formulas are composed to layer cleanly over mineral and chemical SPF without pilling.
Are these colour pieces suitable for sensitive skin?
The colour range avoids common irritants and fragrance allergens. Tints use mineral pigments where possible for a lower-reactivity finish. If your skin is particularly reactive, check the individual product card for the full ingredient list before use.
How do I remove colour-care products at the end of the day?
A cleansing oil or balm as the first step of the double cleanse will dissolve tints and finishes completely. Follow with a milk or foam second step and the skin is clear, with no residue from pigment or film-formers.
