Jojoba Seed Oil provides the primary lipid phase, its wax-ester chemistry providing sebum-mimic compatibility even on the most reactive skin types. Glycerin provides immediate surface humectancy. Dipalmitoyl Hydroxyproline supports the dermal collagen matrix with a lipid-conjugated Hydroxyproline delivery that aids skin penetration.
Sodium PCA restores the NMF of the periorbital skin, which is frequently depleted by the repeated micro-cleansing of the eye area. Shea Butter and Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride complete the lipid phase : Shea for its oleic and stearic richness, Caprylic/Capric for its skin-compatible emollient slip. Aesculus Hippocastanum Horse Chestnut Seed Extract provides the Escin precursors; Escin itself appears further in the formula at the working concentration. Camellia Sinensis Black Tea Leaf Extract contributes catechin polyphenols and caffeine-analogue activity.
