Formulation
Jojoba Seed Oil leads the formula : a liquid wax ester so structurally similar to the skin's own sebum that it absorbs without congesting pores. Decyl Cocoate and Coco-Caprylate/Caprate provide the characteristic dry, fast-absorbing silkiness. Sweet Almond and Apricot Kernel oils, both organically sourced, add emollient fatty acids that leave the surface smooth and comfortable without weight.
Rosehip Fruit Extract, organically sourced, is positioned early in the INCI and provides its naturally occurring essential fatty acid and carotenoid content directly. Sea Buckthorn Fruit Oil, organically sourced, follows : one of the most antioxidant-dense botanical oils available, it contributes beta-carotene, tocopherols, and a range of rare omega fatty acids including palmitoleic acid. It is present at a meaningful level, not a trace.
Avocado Oil and Evening Primrose Oil bring oleic acid richness and GLA content respectively, supporting the surface lipid layer in drier skin. Raspberry Seed Oil and Blueberry Seed Oil (via tomato fruit extract) contribute additional tocotrienol and carotenoid antioxidant activity. Plum Seed Oil and Oat Kernel Oil round out the formula with light conditioning and a subtle skin-softening quality. Tocopherol stabilises the formula and extends shelf life.
