How do I know which ritual is mine?
Take the skin reading. Two minutes, a few honest questions, and we shape a ritual around what your skin is asking for. You can edit, swap, or strip it back to one product, any time.
How long until I see a change?
Skin moves slowly. Most people feel the difference inside two weeks : softer surface, less reactivity, a quiet glow. Visible change tends to settle around six to eight weeks of daily use.
Can I layer your products with what I already have?
Yes. Each piece is made to play well with others. Apply thinnest to richest, give every layer thirty seconds to settle, and stop when your skin feels enough.
Where are your products made?
Every OVESSI formula is produced at our European facility for UK and EU orders, and at our United States facility for North American orders : so it reaches you fresh, with the smallest possible footprint between bench and bathroom.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. From the date of dispatch : UK Standard 3 to 7 business days (Express 1 to 2), EU Standard 5 to 10 (Express 1 to 3), US Standard 2 to 5. Standard shipping is on us above the regional free-shipping tier shown in your cart. Full rates and Express upgrades are on our Shipping Policy.
Is the skin analysis quiz private?
Yes. The quiz is optional, and your photo is processed to analyse your skin and generate your recommendations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Are your formulas vegan and cruelty free?
We are cruelty free at every stage : we never test on animals, and neither do our manufacturing partners. The majority of our rituals are vegan. A small number contain honey or beeswax : these are marked on each product page.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Write to hello@ovessi.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please do not send anything back unless we ask you to.
