Many gel moisturisers give a pleasant surface rush of moisture, but stop short of supporting the deeper water reservoir that helps skin look and feel comfortably balanced through the day. This formula is built to do both in one lightweight step. Two molecular weights of hyaluronic acid work alongside sodium PCA and organic aloe juice to attract and hold water across the skin’s upper layers, while sage and white tea extracts add a calm, antioxidant supporting role. Into this, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, and Sodium PCA establish the humectant layer: three compounds that attract and retain moisture from the environment and from deeper within the skin, working together to maintain surface hydration across the day.
Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid is a low-molecular-weight fragment that penetrates into the upper stratum corneum, contributing to plumper, more even-looking skin at a structural level. Sodium Hyaluronate, the salt form of hyaluronic acid, operates at the surface, binding available moisture and creating the dewy, smooth finish visible immediately after application. The inclusion of both forms is a deliberate formulation decision, not duplication.
