Refund policy
Every OVESSI ritual is checked by hand before it leaves our facility. In the rare event your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will make it right.
14-Day Window
We accept returns for damaged or faulty items only, reported within 14 days of delivery. Because skincare is a personal-use product, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons, and we do not offer change-of-mind returns.
How to Report a Damaged or Faulty Item
- Email hello@ovessi.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- Include your order number and one or more clear photographs of the damage or fault.
- Keep the item and its original packaging until we confirm next steps.
We aim to respond within seven days. Once we have reviewed your message, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping paid.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening, then photograph the items inside. This helps us resolve the claim quickly with our shipping partner.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, write to hello@ovessi.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange the correct item or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare
- Gift cards
- Items marked "final sale"
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
