About your Skin Reading.

Your OVESSI Skin Reading is a considered, personalised interpretation of what your skin shared with us in the moment we took the scan. It is built to help you understand your own skin and choose a ritual with care.

It is not a medical diagnosis, not a clinical assessment, and not a substitute for guidance from a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional.

What the reading is.

A visual analysis of your skin produced by our reading tool, combined with the answers you gave us, interpreted by OVESSI into a written dossier and a four-step ritual.

It reflects what we saw in the lighting and angle of that one scan, on that one day. Your skin shifts day to day, and so will what a reading shows.

It is a starting point. A patient, layered four-step ritual followed daily is what carries it forward.

What the reading is not.

It is not a clinical diagnosis. It does not detect, assess, or treat skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, eczema, melasma, dermatitis, skin cancer, or any medical concern.

If your skin is reactive, painful, persistently irritated, suddenly changing, or if you have any clinical concern, please consult a qualified dermatologist or your doctor. Nothing in the reading replaces that conversation.

It is also not a guarantee of results. Skin responds to many things: sleep, diet, stress, hormones, climate, sun exposure, age, medication. Your ritual is built to support your skin, and consistency is what allows it to work.

How we use your photo.

When you take a scan, your photo is processed to analyse your skin in real time. The image is held only long enough to produce your reading and is then released.

The skin signals we derive from the scan, together with the answers you gave us, are stored alongside your reading so we can send the dossier to you and offer a thoughtful follow-up if you have asked us to.

A quiet note on tone.

Your reading is written to be read by you. It is honest about what we observed, considered in what it suggests, and quiet in its language. We do not overstate, and we do not promise overnight change.

We believe in patience over volume, daily over occasional, and in supporting what your skin is already trying to do.
