Why this exists
Body care often falls into two extremes: textures that feel indulgent but offer little meaningful hydration, or utilitarian lotions that perform without any sensory distinction. This serum is designed to sit in the middle, with an active-first structure that approaches the body like skin worth formulating for properly. Sodium PCA and sodium hyaluronate bring layered hydration, while jojoba oil, rosehip fruit oil, and sunflower seed oil add a light emollient phase to support comfort on dry skin. Botanical extracts, including ginkgo biloba leaf extract and nasturtium flower/leaf extract, add a protective antioxidant layer for skin that is regularly exposed to bathing, friction, and the environment. The result is a fast-absorbing serum that can be worn on its own, layered under cream or oil, or used as a massage medium, with a warm natural fragrance built from essential oils and declared in full INCI.

Formulation
Aqua and Coconut Alkanes form the base, with the alkanes providing the formula's characteristic skin-softening slip. Cetearyl Alcohol and Glyceryl Stearate Citrate structure the emulsion. Glycerin and Betaine provide a dual humectant system : Betaine, derived from sugar beet, adds amino acid-based moisture retention alongside Glycerin's established humectancy.
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and Dicaprylyl Carbonate provide the light emollient phase. Simmondsia Chinensis Jojoba Seed Oil delivers the primary skin-compatible lipid, its wax-ester chemistry absorbing cleanly without an oily residue. Sodium PCA restores the NMF depleted by bathing. Helianthus Annuus Sunflower Seed Oil adds linoleic-acid lipid support. Rosa Canina Rosehip Fruit Oil provides the formula's essential fatty acid signature alongside natural Vitamin E activity.
Nasturtium Officinale Flower/Leaf Extract contributes naturally occurring glucosinolates with antioxidant and skin-clarifying properties. Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract adds the flavonoid antioxidant complex that makes ginkgo one of the most studied plant extracts for surface skin protection. Sodium Hyaluronate provides surface-layer hydration. Tocopherol stabilises the formula and contributes further antioxidant coverage.
The fragrance signature : Juniperus Virginiana Oil, Cedrus Atlantica Oil, Pogostemon Cablin Oil, Lavandula Oil, and Linalyl Acetate : is warm, spiced, and woody, with clean top notes from Pinene and Limonene. All aromatic components are from natural essential oils, declared in full.
