The base opens with Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, organically sourced, as the primary liquid phase, followed immediately by Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, organically sourced. Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, organically sourced, appears in the third position : at this level it delivers real emollient depth, providing the formula's characteristic richness and the occlusive support that encourages the underlying humectants to work effectively overnight.
Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, organically sourced, adds a further layer of emollient softness that is particularly effective for dry and dehydrated skin. Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil Unsaponifiables provide squalene-adjacent lipid support. Sunflower Seed Cera and Shorea Robusta Resin contribute structure and a slightly firmer finish that prevents the formula from feeling too occlusive on warmer skin. Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Cera refines the texture further.
Sodium PCA, a naturally occurring component of the skin's own natural moisturising factor, is included at a functional level to restore what the day strips away.
